We are accepting all the payment method available on Razorpay. 

👉Cash on delivery:

Currently we do not offer cash on delivery as it increases the cost of product which ultimately affect the price of product and service which you are order on Stitcho website or App 

👉Payment Processing:

Payments are processed at the time of order placement.

Your payment information is securely transmitted and encrypted using industry-standard security measures.

👉Order Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation SMS or email with your order details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email or SMS, please contact us.

👉Fraud Prevention:

To prevent fraud, we may contact you for additional verification before processing an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

👉Payment Issues:

If you encounter any payment-related issues, please contact us for assistance.

👉Taxes:

Applicable taxes will be added to your order total, as required by  law.

👉Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before pickup. After that if you want to cancel the order shipping charges plus payment gateway charges will be deducted from payment and remaining amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. 

For prepaid order cancelation 2% will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded to your mode of payment.

We may update our payment policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
