We offer shipping to addresses within Mumbai and nearby locations, please do check in the pincode checker of product and service page to know whether we provide service at your location.

👉Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.

During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.

👉Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time for the product depend upon your address. 

Normally it will take 7 to 8 business days to deliver your product which may be further delayed if some unforeseen circumstances arise. 

We offer Express delivery at select location of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane at additional cost which you will see in checkout page.

👉Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to inaccurate shipping addresses.

👉Delivery Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances beyond our control that cause delays (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues).

👉Delivery Attempts:

Our carriers will attempt delivery to the provided address. If unsuccessful, they may leave a delivery attempt notice or contact you for further instructions.

It is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier to ensure successful delivery.

👉Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

⚠️ Please note: All our products that are delivered through third party logistics, if you find any delivery person rude or refusing to deliver please complain to the delivery partner of which you will receive the details when your product is shipped. Stitcho will not be responsible for the behavior of the delivery person as it will be out of our control.
