Return & Refund Policy
At Stitcho, we strive to provide high-quality alteration and bespoke clothing services for men. However, we understand that sometimes customers may not be satisfied with our work.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
1. Failure to meet specific alteration requests (e.g., button alteration not done as requested).
2. Significant delays in delivery (beyond our estimated timeframe plus 7 business day).
3. Damage to garments due to our negligence.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
1. Changes in customer preferences (e.g., change of mind regarding alteration style).
2. Measurements provided incorrectly by the customer.
3. Fabric or material defects inherent to the garment.
4. Normal wear and tear.
5. Delay in delivery or pickup due to natural calamities or man made calamities.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp number 9321212123
2. Provide order number, reason for refund, and photos/documentation (if applicable).
3. Our team will review and process refunds within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and in some cases to wallet account of customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply.
Once pickup is done for the order refund will not be provided at any condition.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, we will work with the customer to resolve issues amicably.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
